电气设备二次回路设计的改进

摘    要:针对电气设备继电保护装置及其相关二次回路典型设计中存在的若干问题,即:通过永跳继电器接点启动断路器失灵保护的可靠性,短引线保护引线隔离开关辅助触点作为保护动作判据的可靠性,以及断路器正常运行状态下合闸回路不能监视等,提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:Aiming at several problems existed in the typical designs of both the relay protection device of electrical equipment and the relevant secondary circuit, i.e. the reliability of starting-up the circuit breaker failure protection through the contact of permanent hop relay, the reliability of taking the auxiliary contact of isolating switch for stub protection of short-lead wire as the judging criterion of protection action, the closing circuit cannot be monitored under the normal operation condition of breaker, etc., some corresponding improvement measures are put forward herein.
