摘    要:燃煤工业锅炉运行中普遍存在过量空气系数α偏大、热效率较低的问题,为了改善燃烧,提出了以控制最高炉膛温度为指标、寻求最佳过量空气系数的模糊自寻优控制方法,使炉内的燃烧达到最佳的燃烧状态。增加了燃烧过程中的自动化水平,一定程度上提高了燃煤工业锅炉的热效率。

Abstract:The coal-fired industrial boiler generally has some problems, such as the excess air coefficient is high and the operation thermal efficiency is low. A fuzzy self-optimizing control scheme is proposed in order to improve combustion, which controls the furnace temperature as the index, seeking the optimum excess air coefficient to make the furnace combus- tion to get the best state. The method increases the automation levels, improves the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boiler.
