| 摘 要： | 结合汽车开发流程,系统地研究了样车试制阶段非金属快速样件的制作工艺,详细介绍了仪表板快速模具的制作过程,展示了硅橡胶和环氧树脂软硬结合快速模具制作工艺在大尺寸内外饰样件上的应用,指出快速模具制作工艺不但可以节约整车开发过程中PT样车阶段汽车内外饰样件的制作成本,而且还能有效缩短整车开发周期。

| Abstract: | Combined with the development process of Brilliance Automotive, the manufactur- ing technique of non-mental sample in the vehicle prototyping was researched systemically. The manufacturing process of rapid tooling was presented in detail, and the application of rapid tooling manufacturing with silicon rubber and epoxy resin for instrument panel was showed. It is concluded that the rapid tooling manufacturing process can not only save the vehicle development costs but also shorten the development cycle. |
