摘    要:高效率、高可靠性是现代工程机械的发展趋势,轮胎式木材装载机作为市场份额较高,显著提高工作效率的产品备受装载机制造企业的青睐.介绍装载机抓具设计的一般思路,在市场调研和实际应用的基础上提出了几项结构优化措施,列举了几种设计中容易出现的干涉问题,为设计者提供参考.

Design Idea of Grabs for Log Loaders and Its Structural Optimization
Abstract:High efficiency and high reliability are the development tendency of modern construction equipment. Thanks to high market share and high efficiency, the wheel type log loader has attracted more attention from loader manufacturing enterprises. The text introduces the general design idea of grabs for log loader. Based on market survey and site practice, several structural optimal measures have been promoted. The common interference issues of design have been listed to provide reference for loader designer.
