多轴钻机钻杆变形分析及校直工艺研究

摘    要:钻杆是电液桩机工作装置的重要组成部分,钻杆不直会带来一系列的问题,如磨损随动架和护罩,掰断固定保持架,磨损注浆接头的芯管导致漏浆等.建立钻杆模型,并依据实际工作情况对其施加载荷和约束,分析出钻杆在绝对直线的情况下钻进时相对中心线的偏移,从而对实际加工需要满足的直线度提出要求.最后给出一套钻杆加工工艺.

Deformation Analysis of Drilling Rod for Multi-shaft Drill rigs and the Research on its Straightening Technology
Abstract:Drilling rig is an important component of electric- hydraulic piling machine. A non-straight drilling rig will lead to a series of problems, such as wearing of poppet bracket and the shield, breaking the fixing bracket, leakage caused by the wear on the core hose of filling connector and et al. The model of drilling rig has been established, while according to practical situation, loadand constraint have been exerted on it. It’s been concluded that if drilling through absolute straight line, the centerline would drift. According to this, the correspondent straightness requirements have been put forward to fulfill the practical circumstance, besides which a set of machining process for drilling rod has been recommended.
