真实皮瓣的有限元建模与分析

摘    要:针对生物皮肤组织缺损的计算机辅助修补技术进行了探索.采用商用有限元分析软件MSC.MARC对复杂形状的粘弹性材料的受力变形进行了仿真.仿真真实模拟了外载荷作用下皮瓣的拉伸位移、创口缝合及应力释放的过程,得出了模拟整形外科皮瓣修复手术的一般方法.仿真结果表明:该方法可以对修复缺损皮肤组织后的外观形状和受力状态进行较为准确地模拟,为任意皮瓣移植修复手术的数值模拟提供较为准确的理论依据.

Abstract:Computer-aid fixing technology of biological skin tissue defect is studied. Simulate the deformation of complicated shapes of viscoelastic material by commercial software MSC. MARC, simulate the tensile displacement, wound closure and stress release of the flaps under external load in real conditions, and summerize the general approach of simulating the flap fixing oper ation. The result shows that this method could accurately simulate surface shape and stress state after fixing biological skin defect, providing the theoretic background for simulating flap fixing and transplantation.
