摘    要:环保节能关乎工程机械的可持续发展.减振与降噪已成为筑路机械的热门话题之一,也是实现我国筑路机械从生产大国向强国迈进过程中必须跨越的一道门槛.本文简要介绍长安大学课题组近年来在这一方面所做的一些工作.1筑路机械减振技术的研究与进展1.1振动在筑路机械中的应用沥青混合料搅拌设备、摊铺设备、压实设备是筑路机械中的3种主要设备.为了提高它们的工作质量和生产效率,采用了包括振动在内的多种强化作业过程的措施.在很多情况下,振动是一种有害现象,必须设法防止或减弱;但在一些场合,振动又是有益的.因此,对筑路机械的振动理论及其应用的研究应包括振动的有效利用和防治这两方面的内容.

Research Progress in Vibration and Noise Reduction Technology for Road Building Machinery(Part 1)
Abstract:Road building machinery mainly includes asphalt mixing equipment, paving equipment and rolling equipment, in whose manufacture vibration and noise reduction plays a very important role. The text introduces the research progress and result Chang’an University has got in this field, while pointing out the vibration theory and application of road building machinery should consist of two aspects: the application and prevention. Vibration screen, screed plate and vibration rollers have been selected as research subjects. As for the noise reduction, dual-drum vibratory roller has been researched to discuss the identification and prevention of noise source. Through the test and analysis of main noise source, the conclusion has been drawn that more attention should been paid to the engine to prevent noise. Improvement designs have been given and testified.
