摘    要:疲劳可靠性是衡量机械产品质量的重要指标之一.分析装载机驱动桥主减速器的故障类型,认为其主要的失效部位在一对螺旋锥齿轮.对螺旋锥齿轮进行有限元接触分析,并根据计算结果分析失效模式,最后根据实测的主减速器载荷谱估算主减速器的疲劳可靠度.研究表明:主从动锥齿轮单齿啮合阶段的齿面接触疲劳失效和从动锥齿轮的齿根弯曲疲劳失效是主减速器螺旋锥齿轮疲劳失效的主要模式,分析结果对主减速器疲劳可靠性的预估具有一定意义.

Fatigue Reliability Analysis of the Main Reducer for Loaders Based on Finite Element Calculation
Abstract:Fatigue reliability is an important indicator to measurethe quality of construction product. By analyzing the failure on the main reducer of driving axle for loaders, it is inferred that the failure exists on a pair of spiral bevel gear. Finite element contact analysis has been carried out for the spiral bevel gear. According to the calculation result, the failure mode has been analyzed and the fatigue reliability of the main reducer has been estimated on the basis of the measured load spectrum for main reducer. The research showed that the main fatigue failure mode of spiral bevel gear for the main reducer concentrates on the tooth contact fatigue failure on the meshing of main gear with the driven gear, as well as the bending fatigue on the foot of the driven gear. So the analysis result has important significance for estimating the fatigue reliability of the main reducer.
