沥青混合料保温箱的传热分析及改进

摘    要:以某沥青混合料保温箱为例,对其进行传热分析,并用FLUENT软件建立仿真模型.仿真结果表明:该保温箱对冷混合料加热效率较低,加热均匀性差.针对存在的问题,进行改进,改进后该保温箱的加热效率和加热均匀性得到提升,降低了能源的消耗.

Thermal Transmission Analysis and Improvement of Insulation Case for Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:A certain insulation case for asphalt mixture has been set as the example and analyzed, whose simulation model has also been established with the software FLUENT. The result showed that when heating cold mixture, the heat efficiency and evenness of this insulation case are poor. Focusing on this problem, this box has been improved so as to promote the heating efficiency and evenness, while reducing the energy consumption.
