水泵类零件计算机辅助工艺规程系统设计

摘    要:本文介绍了以成组技术为基础,利用计算机对水泵类零件进行编码,建立工艺过程文件及工艺规程的设计系统。使用此系统吋,只要输入零件的型号、件号,计算机就能根据此信息去找编码,如果找到了编码号,则计算机可将此零件的工艺规程卡片打印出来,如果没有找到编码号,说明是新零件,计算机能重新编码,调出近似于新零件的工艺规程,并进行修改,打印或存入计算机。此系统用中文人机对话、通俗易懂、使用方便,整个系统实现了模块化。该系统曾在长沙水泵厂使用,并显示出明显的效益。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors introduce a computer aided coding system to establish technical process files and process design planning for the pumps compenents. The foundation of this system is Group Technology.The computer can look up the code of each part that is input, When the code of the part is found, the computer can print out the technical process code of this part. If the code is not found, it is a new part for which the computer can make a code and a technical process. This can be modified and printed or saved. The man-machine inter face of the pattern system is popular, easy to use and easily understood.It proved to be of benefit when used in a pump factory.
