| 摘 要： | 对于投资系统中的多准则决策问题，本文应用效用理论和局部分级技术构造了一种新的决策方法（ＭＤ）。它能使决策者在较短时间内做出“满意化原则”意义下的决策。此方法以人一机对话形式在微机上给予实现，并被应用于福建省“八·五”计划投资需求平衡分析，效果较好。

| Abstract: | We give a new method (MD) by using utility theory and decomposing locally to solve multiple criteria decision problems arising from investment system in this paper. It is very convenient to leaders to decide which plan is best in a set called quasi-Pareto solution set as soon as possible. It can be realized at 386 or 486 computer. The effect was very good used in Fujian Provincial "The Eighth Five Years" planning. |
