| 摘 要： | 上海中山广场３栋３５层带裙房的高层建筑施工中，通过进行沉降（或隆起）观测和理论分析用以指导施工。实践表明，带裙房高层建筑与地基基础采用共同作用理论计算，配合现场实测和综合分析方法有可行性和合理性，它为该类建筑中设置后浇带提供了理论根据和实测数据。

| Abstract: | During construction of highrise building with podium in the Shanghai Zhongshan Square consisted of three 35-storey,a comprehensive analytical method,i.e.the combination of theory on interaction between foundation and highrise building with podium,simplified theoretical method,empirical method and field measurement,is used to guide the construction process.Now,practical evidence has shown that the method presented in this paper is feasible and reasonable.It has also provided the theoretical basis and field measurement data for those highrise buildings without post-poured belt devices. |
