碳酸钾催化酯交换合成碳酸甲戊酯的研究

摘    要:以负载在Al2O2上的K2CO3为催化剂,研究了正戊醇(n-Pentanol)和碳酸二甲酯(DMC)酯交换合成碳酸甲戊酯(MAC)的反应。考察了K2CO3负载量、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应物摩尔配比对反应结果的影响。实验结果表明,氧化铝负载碳酸钾催化剂具有很好的催化活性。得出的最佳工艺条件:常压,反应温度393K,在反应时间4h,n(DMC):n(n-Pentanol)=1:1,催化剂用量为原料总重量的2%,K2CO3负载量为Al2O3质量的5%条件下,MAC的选择性为89.1%,MAC的产率为64.2%,DMC的转化率为72.1%。

The Study on Synthesis of Methyl Amyl Carbonate by Transesterification over Potassium Carbonate Catalyst

Abstract:Synthesis of methyl amyl carbonate by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with Pentanol in the presence of supported alumina by potassium carbonate catalyst was studied.The effect of potassium carbonate loading, catalysts dosage, time of reaction and molar ratio of reactant were investigated. The results showed that supported alumina by potassium carbonate catalyst exhibited high activity for the reaction. And optimum conditions were obtained as follows : ambient pressure ,reaction temperature 393K, reaction time 4h , n(DMC):n(n-Pentanol) =1:1 ,MAC selectivity of 89.1%, MAC yied of 64.2%, DMC conversation of 72.1% were obtained under the reaction conditions of catalyst dosage-2% of mass of the feed, and K2CO3loading=5% of mass of Al2O3.
