摘    要:均衡技术对提高串联电池组充放电的可靠性、延长电池寿命等具有重要的意义。针对现有电感均衡电路存在能量仅能在相邻电池单体之间转移、应用场合有限以及电路中元器件数目较多等问题,提出了一种基于电感的串联电池组新型主动均衡拓扑,并研究了相应的均衡控制策略。通过对电感的选择性充放电,实现电池单体和电池组之间的能量转移,避免了能量仅在相邻电池单体之间转移而导致均衡时间过长的缺点,具有电路结构简单、易于控制等优点。通过对所提均衡电路拓扑及其开关模态的分析,以及对均衡策略的详细介绍,给出了均衡系统的整体设计方案。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的均衡方案具有良好的均衡效果。

Abstract:Series battery balancing can improve battery charge and discharge reliability and extend battery life. In the existing inductor-based battery-balancing circuit, inductor can only transfer energy between the neighboring cells. What''s more, limited application occasions and the large number of the power devices. This paper proposes a novel inductor-based active battery-balancing topology and its balance control strategy to realize energy transfer between the cells and series battery by charging and discharging of the inductors, which can improve the balance time. The proposed circuit has the advantages of low cost and simple control strategy. The principle of the topology and switch modes is analyzed and the balancing program is discussed in detail. The overall design of the system are given. Finally, the simulation and experimental results verify the theoretical analysis.
