摘    要:并网风电场参与电网调频且主动提供旋转备用是高渗透率电网的客观需求,而风电场限功率运行是风电参与调频的必要条件。定量分析了风电场限功率运行对二次调频指标及风电极限穿透功率的影响,认为风电场限功率运行能从调频备用容量以及调频速度两个方面减轻同步发电机的调频压力,同时增加了电网中风电的极限穿透功率。为研究风电场限功率运行下的二次旋转备用分配问题,建立了电网备用优化模型并构建了包含等值同步发电机及风机的动态等值模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink进行求解及仿真,优化及动态仿真结果均表明风电场处于限功率状态有利于增加电网频率稳定性并减少旋转备用。

Abstract:It is objective demand for the grid connected wind farms to take part in secondary frequency regulation and actively provide reserve capacity, and power-limited operation of wind farm is a necessary condition for wind farm to participate in frequency regulation. This paper quantitatively analyzes the influence of power-limited operational condition of wind farm on the index of secondary frequency regulation and maximum penetration power of wind power, assuming that it will be able to reduce the pressure of synchronous generator in reserve capacity and frequency regulation speed aspects as well as raise maximum penetration power of wind power. In order to study the dispatch problem of secondary spinning reserve under power-limited operation of wind farm, the reserve optimization and the dynamic equivalent model consisted of equivalent synchronous generator and wind turbine are established, which is solved by MATLAB/Simulink. The optimization and simulate results show that the wind farm working in power-limited state will increase the stability of power grid and reduce spinning reserve.
