摘    要:提出一种带有储能的混合级联光伏逆变器结构,并针对该逆变器的结构和工作原理,提出基于特定谐波消去(SHE)与载波移相(PS-PWM)调制的协同调制方法。该逆变器将1个储能单元与数个光伏单元混合级联,储能单元使用SHE消除其输出电压中的部分低次谐波,光伏单元采用PS-PWM技术补偿储能单元输出中未被消除的低次谐波,从而进一步降低总的输出电压中谐波含量。仿真结果表明,对于储能单元与光伏单元的输出电压幅值和相位不同的情况,相比于采用单一的PS-PWM调制,采用协同调制方法的输出电压中低次谐波含量与总谐波失真(THD)均较低。

Abstract:A hybrid cascaded photovoltaic(PV) inverter with energy storage is proposed, and a synergistic modula-tion method based on the specific harmonic elimination(SHE) and carrier phase-shift PWM(PS-PWM) is presented for the inverter''s operation. This inverter cascades an energy storage cell with several PV cells, the energy storage cell uses SHE to eliminate the part of low-frequency harmonics in the output voltage, while PV cells adopt PS-PWM to compensate the rest low-frequency harmonics of the energy storage cell, which can further reduce the harmonic in the total output voltage. Simulation results show that, compared with the unified PS-PWM method, the proposed modulation method has less low-frequency harmonics and lower total harmonic distortion(THD) when the modulation indices and out-put phases of the two types of cells are both different.
