通道型电磁环网解环量化评估方法分析

摘    要:在大型的通道型电磁环网中线路传输的功率一般较大,高电压等级线路跳闸将引起大规模潮流向低电压等级线路转移,系统存在引发连锁故障的风险。文中分析总结出通道型电磁环网的主要特点,从网架结构、送受端系统规模等因素出发,构建了以静态稳定裕度、热稳裕度、潮流转移比、安控措施量为核心的通道型电磁环网解环判据指标体系。在此基础上,采用变异系数法计算各指标权重,得出一种判断电磁环网是否解环的综合指标。通过对青海电网通道型电磁环网解环必要性的分析,验证了所提通道型电磁环网解环判据的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:In a large channel-type electromagnetic loop network, the power flow of transmission lines is in general high. Should tripping of high voltage transmission line occur, the result will be a metastasis of power flow to the lower. Hence the risk of chain faults. The main characteristics of the channel-type electromagnetic loop network are summarized. Proceeding from the grid structure, system size and other factors, an open-loop criterion system for channel-type electromagnetic loop network is built, which is based on static stability margin, thermal stability margin, power flow transfer ratio and security and stability control amount. On this basis, the variation coefficient method is used to calculate the index weight in order to get a composite indicator of channel-type electromagnetic loop network judgment. This method is verified using the channel-type electromagnetic loop network in Qinghai grid to show that open-loop criterion for electromagnetic loop network is reasonable and effective.
