基于顶空-固相微萃取-气质联用的短短芽胞杆菌 挥发性抑菌代谢物的鉴定

摘    要:摘 要:目的分析鉴定短短芽胞杆菌Brevibacillus brevis的挥发性抑菌代谢物。方法采用二分隔平板测试短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-8672挥发性抑菌代谢物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌效果。运用顶空-固相微萃取-气质联用法对短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-8672的挥发性成分进行测定。结果短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-8672挥发性抑菌代谢物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制率为36.10%。FJAT-8672菌落表面的中挥发性抑菌代谢物,共检测出高匹配度的挥发性抑菌代谢物21种。按照其化学结构不同分为醇类、醛类、酮类、酯类等。其中醛类化合物含量最高。结论发现短短芽胞杆菌挥发性抑菌代谢物的抑菌能力,其中主要生物活性代谢物包括两类,第一类可能具有抑菌抗癌等活性的代谢物,包括雪松醇、壬醛、癸醛;第二类可能与微生物代谢有关的代谢物,包括苯甲醛。

Abstract:Objective To identify the antimicrobial volatile metabolites of Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-8672. Methods The antibacterial effect of the volatile metabolites from Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-8672 to Fusarium oxysporum was tested, by using the two separate plates. HS-SPME-GC/MS was applied to analyze the volatile metabolites of Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-8672. Results The inhibition rate of volatile metabolites from Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-8672 to Fusarium oxysporum was about 36.10% . Twenty-one volatile metabolites were identified with high compatibility. According to the chemical structure, they could be classified into alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones, and so on. Aldehyde compounds had the highest counts of the volatile metabolites. Conclusion There were two sorts of functional compounds in the FJAT-8672, one had the active ingredients such as antibacterial and anticancer, including Cedrol, Nonana and Decanal. The other related to the microbial metabolic metabolites, including Benzaldehyde.
