| Abstract: | With the rising of science level and life quality, safety problem of the synthetic pigments is also present gradually,so the extracting natural pigments from natural products is main direction from now and in the future. The extracting and purifying technologies on natural pigments were introduced. The functions of natural pigments are introduced t the same time. |
