一种新的无刷直流电机机械特性检测方法

摘    要:在介绍无刷直流电机机械特性检测原理的基础上,通过分析无刷直流电机的换相过程,得到无刷直流电机换相频率与转速、转矩之间的关系.同时,通过对无刷直流电机空载启动过程进行仿真,利用小波分析方法对仿真得到的相电流进行去噪,提取电机在启动过程中的瞬时换相频率,经过计算得到无刷电机的转速曲线和机械特性曲线.将仿真得到的机械特性曲线与理论公式直接得到的机械特性曲线进行对比,验证了该方法的可行性.
