摘    要:通过建立PIMS模型,对新建炼油厂3种总加工流程进行了分析。各方案总体采用渣油加氢脱硫(ARDS)、重油催化裂化(RFCC)和加氢裂化(HCU)总工艺流程。三者主要区别在于各装置进料组合及HCU所采取工艺的不同。结果表明,方案二综合商品率、财务净现值和内部收益率最高,方案相对最优。

Abstract:The three cases of the newly- built refinery processing methods were analyzed through establishing the PIMS model. Each of them was used the process of residence hydrodesulfurization, heavy oil catalytic cracking and hydrocracking. The main differences of this three cases were the materialcomposer and the hydrocracking technology. The resuits showed, that the product rates, net present value,IRR of the seconded case was the hightest, and the seconded case was best.
