| 摘 要： | 本文分析了浙江服务业发展现状和存在问题,使用计量方法分析影响服务业发展的主要因素。包括以人均GDP为变量,对全国、北京、上海和浙江的服务业发展有关指数进行相关性分析;以人均GDP、人口密度和城镇居民人均可支配收入等4项指标为自变量,分别以服务业增加值比重和服务业从业人员比重为因变量,构建两个多元回归模型分析浙江省服务业发展和这些因素之间的关系。在此基础上,提出了加快浙江服务业发展的思路与对策措施。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development and some problems of service industry in Zhejiang. The factors which may influence the service industry in Zhejiang are analyzed by econometric methods. It tests the influence of average GDP on some index of the development of service industry with national data and local data from Beijing, Shanghai and Zhejiang. In two multivariate regression models, average GDP, population density, average disposal income of urban residents are main exogenous variables, and the endogenous variables are service industry added value and the ratio of service industry employee. The paper concludes with several policy suggestions. |
