密相干塔技术在烧结烟气脱硫中的应用

摘    要:结合我国烧结脱硫的现状和某钢厂实际情况,采用密相干塔烟气脱硫技术(DFA-FGD)对2台分别为52m2和68 m2的烧结机进行烟气脱硫系统设计.讨论了烧结烟气的工况与密相塔脱硫的工艺及特点,通过中试,研究了影响脱硫率的主要因素,确定了优化参数,验证了密相塔搅拌器的作用.目前该系统已进入试运行阶段.

Abstract:Based on desulphurization of sintering flue gas in China and the conditions at a steel mill,the dense flow absorbers for sintering flue gas desulphurization(DFA-FGD) were designed for two sintering machines of 52 m2 and 68 m2.The parameters of sintering flue gas and the characteristics of DFA-FGD were discussed and the main factors affecting desulphurization efficiency were analyzed.By pilot experiment,the optimized parameters were obtained.
