摘    要:分析了我国第一个750kV电压等级输变电示范工程施工的特点和难点,研究了变电站施工中的大体积混凝土基础浇注、750kV室外配电装置门型钢管构架吊装、750kV全封闭式组合电器、750kV变压器(电抗器)安装的施工方法,以及输电线路施工中的湿陷性黄土处理方式、全方位不等高斜柱式基础施工方法、铁塔组立、钢铝混合新型抱杆的研制、六分裂导线展放、扩径导线展放等问题的解决方法,并介绍了这些施工技术和方法的实际应用情况,为西北750kV骨干网架和国家百万伏级输电工程的施工建设提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:The features and difficult points of the first 750kV power transmission and transformation demonstration project in China are analyzed. Here, the technologies applied in 750kV substation, such as the pouring of large volume concrete foundation, the hoisting of 750kV steel trusses for outdoor distributing devices, the installation method of 750kV GIS and 750kV transformer, the processing mode of collapsible loess in transmission line construction, the construction method of omnibearing oblique spot footing with unequal height for power line towers, the manufacturing of the new type pole made of steel and aluminum, the simultaneous tensional unwinding up of six conductors for split conductors and so on, are researched. The practical applications of above-mentioned construction technologies and method, which are available for reference in the construction of main 750kV power network in Northwest China and future 1000kV power transmission project, are presented.
