| 摘 要： | 分析了连铸方坯产生低倍边部裂纹的原因。结果表明：由于沿晶界析出MnS夹杂物诱发铁素体网，裂纹沿铁素体网萌生并扩展导致边部裂纹的产生。

| Abstract: | Some subsurface creaks found by macroetching testing were studied with micrograph and SEM. The result shows that MnS inclusion located at grain boundary, bring on forming ferrite net and the creaks were produced along with the ferrite net. |
