摘    要:以水为介质用2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇和环氧乙烷合成受阻胺光稳定剂UV622中间体1-(2-羟乙基)-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇,研究了原料配比、加料方式、工艺条件对合成的影响,得到了GC含量〉99%的产品,得率高于90%,操作简单,反应条件温和,污染少。

Abstract:1-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinol, as the intermediate of HALS product UV622, is synthesized by 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinol reacting on ethylene oxide in water. The materials proportion, the mode of adding the materials and the conditions of reaction influence on the synthesis are studied. As the result, when the synthetic conditions are optimization, the GC content of the product is larger then 99%, the yield is above 90%. The operation of this method is simple, the reaction condition is undemanding, and pollute is little.
