气井井下节流压力温度耦合预测模型

摘    要:本文应用节点系统分析方法,以节流装置为节点,将井筒压力温度预测分为井底到节流装置,节流装置以及节流装置到井口,基于气井流体质量、动量和能量守恒以及井筒径向传热理论,建立了气井井筒压力温度耦合预测模型。将节流过程视为绝热过程,根据节流过程能量守恒原理,并忽略位能差,导出了流体节流过程中焓变计算模型。实例计算表明,本文建立的气井井下节流压力温度耦合预测模型能为气井井下节流动态分析、井下节流器工艺参数设计、水合物防治提供必要的技术依据。

Abstract:Wellbore is divided into bottom hole to choke,choke and choke to wellhead through using nodal system analysis and setting choke as nodal point.A coupled model,based on mass,momentum,energy conservation and wellbore heat transfer principles,is established to prediction flow pressure,temperature profiles in gas wells with a downhole choke.Gas flow through choke considered as an adiabatic process,an equation is derived according to total energy conservation to describe enthalpy change between upstream and down...
