深井低渗储藏压裂配套技术完善与应用

摘    要:深井低渗储藏由于其温度高、渗透率低、孔喉半径小等特点成为油气田开发的瓶颈,压裂改造为油气田开发带来了新的技术力量。随着大功率压裂车组更新换代,大型压裂已成为改造深井低渗储藏的重要技术手段。大型压裂凭着它加砂规模大、砂比高、见效快等特点改变了油田低产的萎靡状态,然而,在改造过程中也逐渐显现出它的不足,如压裂液组分单一成本高、支撑剂导流能力低、返排率低等,这些缺点对大型压裂配套技术提出了新的需求。本文针对深井低渗透油藏的这些特点,提出大型压裂配套技术新工艺,如变粘度技术、支撑剂组合技术及返排工艺技术等,这些技术在辽河油田得到了推广运用,使得高升采油厂累产增油1748t,兴隆台采油厂累产增油5535t,累计增气量34.5万方,取得了十分满意的效果。
