基于ADAMS的JVR300Z旋挖钻机变幅机构的动力学仿真

摘    要:为分析变幅机构的动力学性能,运用Pro/E软件建立JVR300Z三维模型,将模型导入ADAMS软件中并添加约束和驱动,对旋挖钻机的变幅机构进行仿真分析,求得了变幅机构中各主要部件的受力情况,对仿真结果进行分析,得出变幅机构受力规律:由于工作装置重心位置不断变化,对变幅机构造成一定程度的冲击,尤其是钻杆在桅杆上由静摩擦转为动摩擦的瞬间,桅杆变幅油缸与变幅机构平行四边形结构件均受较大冲击力。该冲击力是校核变幅机构强度的重要依据,确保设计的机构结构满足使用要求。

Abstract:In order to analyze the dynamic behavior of luffing mechanism, Pro/E was used to make the three dimensional solid model of JVR300Z rotary drill rig, the model was imported into software ADAMS to add restriction and drive.The simulation for the luffing mechanism was made. The cylinder load roles were gotten: the changing of gravity center has a certain impact on the luffing mechanism, especially when the drill pipe on the mast is converted from static friction to dynamic friction, the mast luffing cylinder and the parallelogram structure of luffing mechanism get heavy impact force. The impact force is an important basis to check luffing mechanism strength and to ensure the design of mechanical structure can meet the requirements for usage.
