摘    要:为提高摩擦焊接过程中轴向压力控制精度,对摩擦焊机电液比例轴向压力控制系统进行数学分析,并根据其系统的特点,建立电液比例轴向压力控制系统数学模型,同时利用Simulink对系统进行仿真分析,最后采用PID控制算法对其进行校正,提高了控制系统的快速性、稳定性和准确性。

Abstract:To improve the axial pressure control precision of the friction welding process, mathematical analysis to the friction welding electro-hydraulic proportional axial pressure control system was done. Based on the characteristics of the system, the electro-hydraulic proportional axial pressure control system mathematical model was established, and Simulink simulation analysis was carried out at the same time. The PID control algorithm was adopted to correct the system,so the quickness, stability and accuracy of the control system were improved.
