基于声表面波技术的变电站户外设备温度在线监测系统

摘    要:对户外高压设备的温度进行实时监控是保证变电站安全运行的重要环节。论述了声表面波测温技术特点,提出了一种用于变电站户外设备的温度在线监测系统,给出了声表面波温度传感器芯片的设计与封装技术、阅读器的相关设计和系统架构。该系统已应用于35 k V变电站户外高压设备,实现了对设备温度的实时监测。

Abstract:The real-time monitoring of the temperature of outdoor high-voltage equipment is an important part in ensuring the safe operation of substation.The characteristics of surface acoustic wave temperature measurement technology is introduced,and a temperature monitoring system for outdoor equipment in substation is proposed.The design and package technology of SAW temperature sensor chip,the related design and system architecture of the reader are given.The system is applied to outdoor high-voltage equipment in 35 kV substation for monitoring the temperature of equipment.
