摘    要:为解决多相DC/DC变换器轻载工作效率低的问题,提出了一种用于多相交错并联DC/DC变换器的相频结合的控制方式,该控制方式能够有效提高变换器的中轻载效率。多相交错并联DC/DC变换器采取减少工作相数的方式降低开关管损耗,提高一定负载范围内的效率。在PFM频率控制技术的基础上,通过多频控制技术,提高变换器的轻载效率。而针对更轻负载变换器采取PSM频率控制技术,提高变换器的能量传输效率。相频控制的结合应用能够拓宽变换器的高效运行区间,提高变换器全负载范围内的效率。最后,通过实验验证了理论推导的正确性。

Abstract:To solve the problem of low efficiency of a multi-phase DC/DC converter in light-load status, a phase-frequency control method is proposed for a multi-phase interleaved parallel DC/DC converter, which can effectively improve the efficiency of the converter in middle- and light-load statuses. The number of working phases is reduced to lower the switch tube loss, and thus improve the efficiency of the multi-phase interleaved parallel DC/DC converter in a certain load range. On the basis of PFM frequency control technology, multi-frequency control technology is used to improve the efficiency of the converter in light-load status. Meanwhile, PSM frequency control technology is used to improve the energy transfer efficiency of the converter in lighter-load status. The phase-frequency control can broaden the high-efficient operation range of the converter, and improve its efficiency in a full-load range. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical deduction was verified by experiments.
