摘    要:使用薄膜电容代替电解电容的低直流母线电容电机驱动系统具有更长的寿命、更少的成本和体积以及更高的功率因数等优势,可消除电解电容带来的诸多弊端,但也造成了诸如系统稳定性等问题。首先对低直流母线电容电机驱动系统的稳定性进行了理论分析;在此基础上,采用重构直流母线电压参考信号的有源阻尼法解决了系统稳定性问题;最后,通过实验在无速度传感器感应电机驱动系统中验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A small DC-link capacitance drive system equipped with film capacitor instead of electrolytic capacitor has many advantages, such as a longer life, lower cost, smaller volume, and higher power factor, which eliminates the drawbacks resulting from electrolytic capacitor. However, it also brings problems such as system instability. In this paper, the stability of a small DC-link capacitance drive system(SDCDS) is theoretically analyzed at first. On this basis, the active damping method with the DC-link voltage reference signal reconstruction is used to solve the instability problem. Finally, an experiment was conducted on a sensorless induction motor drive system, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
