| 摘 要： | 准东地区煤炭资源非常丰富,但准东煤在现役锅炉使用过程中,出现的严重结焦现象制约了准东煤的应用。通过对相同制粉系统使用准东煤和碱沟煤时制粉系统特性变化进行对比,发现了制粉系统与磨制过程中准东煤特性变化与结渣问题有直接关系。根据准东煤制粉系统特性和燃烧特性试验分析,提出了燃用准东煤对制粉系统特性的技术要求,为准东煤锅炉制粉系统选型提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | There are plenty of coal resources in Zhundong region coal called Zhundong coal.The boilers see serious coking,when using the Zhundong coal.This problem blocks the utilizing of Zhundong coal.It is found that boilers'' coking has a direct correlation with the characteristics of pulverizing system.By comparing the characteristics of coal pulverizing system using Zhundong coal or Jiangou coal,based on the analysis of the characteristics of pulverizing system and combustion,the requirements of coal pulverizing system using Zhundong coal are put forward,providing a reference to mode selection of pulverized coal system for using Zhundong coal. |
