| 摘 要： | 精密测量技术是先进制造领域的重要组成部分。针对高精度的大型轴类零件,分析了该类零件在位测量的主要技术方法,总结了大型轴类零件在测量坐标系统、尺寸精度的测量方法、形状误差的测量现状等方面的研究进展,并提出了在位测量领域未来的研究发展趋势和方向。

| Abstract: | Precise measuring technique is a vital component of advanced manufacture.For the larger size axis parts with high precision,some main techniques of in-suit measurement are conducted to summarize the progress and evaluation tendency,including measuring coordination,measuring method of dimensional precision,measuring status of form error.Finally,the research tendency and direction in the future are proposed for the in-suit measurement. |
