摘    要:分析了ANS—OB精炼终点钢液温度的影响因素,包括吹氧、吹氩、合金添加情况和钢包状况等。基于理论分析和现场经验数据,建立了ANS—OB精炼终点温度预报模型。对于66炉次的实际生产数据,采用所建立的数学模型计算精炼终点温度,计算偏差在±5℃以内的精度达到80%,±7℃以内精度达到96%,±10℃以内精度达到100%。

Abstract:Such influencing factors as oxygen blowing, argon blowing, alloys adding and ladle status on the end point temperature of ANS - OB refining are analyzed. The forecast model of the end point temperature of ANS - OB refining is established based on the theoretical analysis and on - site empirical data. And then the end point temperature is calculated by use of this model on the basis of actual operation data of 66 heats. As a result, When the calculation deviations of temperatures are within ±5℃,±7℃ and ±10℃, the precision are 80%, 96% and 100% respectively.
