石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米中镉含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:对石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米中镉的测试结果的不确定度进行评定,分析和量化了影响测量结果的系统效应、随机效应的不确定度分量.结果表明:当镉含量为0.263 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.026 mg/kg( k=2).

Abstract:In this paper,we evaluated the uncertainty of the determination result of Cd content in rice by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,analyzed and quantified the uncertainty components of the system effect and the random effect influencing the measurement result.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.026 mg/kg(k=2) when the Cd content was 0.263 mg/kg.
