SBA-15-pr-TBD多相碱催化剂的制备及其催化大豆油酯交换的研究

摘    要:以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,将1,5,7-三氮杂二环4.4.0]癸-5-烯(TBD)通过化学键固载到SBA-15的表面上,制备新型固体碱SBA- 15-pr-TBD催化剂.采用XRD、SEM、TG-DTA、IR、Hammett滴定分析等方法对催化剂进行了表征.研究了该催化剂催化大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应活性,在醇油物质的量比12∶1、催化剂用量5%、反应时间6h、甲醇回流温度下,大豆油脂的转化率可达到95%以上.重复利用试验结果表明该催化剂具有较好的催化稳定性.

Abstract:In this paper,we prepared a novel solid base catalyst SBA-15-pr-TBD by immobilizing 1,5,7-Triazabicyclo dec-5-ene(TBD) on the surface of mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 through chemical bonds,characterized the catalyst by XRD,SEM,TG-DTA,IR and the Hammett titration method,and studied the application of the catalyst in transesterification of methanol and soybean oil.The experimental results indicated that the soybean oil conversion rate reached above 95% under the conditions of methanol /oil molar ratio 12 ∶1,catalyst amount 5%,reaction time 6 hours,and methanol refluxing temperature.The experiment showed that the recovered SBA-15-pr-TBD catalyst had good catalytic stability.
