基于全寿命周期费用下的绿色储粮系统分析

摘    要:针对新的地下绿色储粮仓型的开发,将全寿命周期的理念引入了新仓型的经济研究.根据粮食储藏工艺的特点,同时考虑了资金的时间价值及风险,结合粮食在运营期的实际费用,利用全寿命周期分析方法给出了粮食仓型在不同全寿命周期下的动态费用分析模型,并通过实际数据对新仓型和正在广泛使用的仓型在不同折现率及运营期下的费用进行了详细的比较分析.

Abstract:The paper introduced the conception of life circle to the development of novel underground green grain storage warehouse.According to the characteristics of grain storage process,the paper proposed a dynamic cost analysis model of the grain warehouses under different life cycles by using the life cycle analysis method in combination with the actual running cost while considering the time value and risk of capitals.We also compared and analyzed the costs of the novel warehouse and the widely used warehouses with different discount rate and at different running stages based on the actual data.
