摘    要:为提高合模机构的工作性能,提出运用Pro/E与ADAMS协同的方法建立合模机构的参数化模型,以力的放大比和行程比为目标函数进行优化的设计方法.通过对双曲肘合模机构的运动和力学特性进行分析,并推导了肘杆机构的几何尺寸及位置尺寸与模板行程、速度及力的放大比之间的关系,建立合模机构的优化模型,对目标函数进行优化.优化结果分析...

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of the double-toggle clamping unit,the parametric model of clamping unit was established by using Pro/E and ADAMS collaboratively,the amplification on clamping force and the stroke ratio were regarded as the objective function for the optimization design.The analysis of motional and mechanical characteristics for the double-toggle clamping unit was made,and the formulas which included the geometry and position of the elbow-bar,the mold board stroke,the speed,the force amplification was deduced.Based on above,the optimum model of the clamping unit was established and optimization design was carried out.The optimized data showed that the ratio of stroke and the force amplification were improved,and the expected goal was achieved.The basis for the choice of configurations were provided in the design of the clamping unit.
