摘    要:采用熔融挤出法制备阻燃ACS树脂,研究了环保溴系阻燃剂、增韧剂种类及用量对阻燃ACS综合性能的影响.结果表明,低分子量溴化环氧树脂/三氧化二锑复配阻燃ACS树脂的综合性能损失较小,耐候性良好.ABS高胶粉的增韧效果优于氯化聚乙烯(PE-C),但所得增韧阻燃ACS的拉伸性能、弯曲性能降幅较大.PE-C具有协效 阻燃作用,...

Abstract:The flame-resistant ACS resin was prepared by melt extrusion,and the effect of different green brominated flame retardant and toughening agent content on the comprehensive performance of the flame-resistant ACS resin were studied.and thoughened with high rubber content ABS powder and chlorinated polyethylene respectively.The results showed that the flame-resistant ACS resin based on brominated epoxy oligomer(BEO)/Sb2O3 exhibited better weatherability and less loss on comprehensive performance.ABS powder possessed better toughening effect on the ACS than PE-C,it made the tensile strength and flexural strength of ACS degradation,while PE-C had a better assistant flame retardance to the ACS resin.The flame-resistant ACS based on PE-C had desirable comprehensive performance and ootimal flame retardancy with flammability rating of UL 94 V-0.The resulting flame-resistant ACS exhibited equivalent moldability and better antistatic property when compared with the flame-resistant ABS,and the joints for draft tube made from the flame-resistant ACS could meet the application requirements perfectly.
