基于CAN总线的煤矿通风系统设计

摘    要:采用嵌入式微处理器LPC2129作为控制单位,设计了煤矿瓦斯浓度和风速监测节点,各节点通过CAN总线与监控主机连接进行通信,对各节点监测区域的瓦斯浓度数据分析后,主机向风机节点发送控制指令,调节风机的输出功率。该系统不仅监测风机出风口附近的瓦斯浓度和风速,而且做到了对整个矿井内各个区域实时掌握,以便对风机的工作状态做出及时的调整,达到安全生产和节能的目的。

Abstract:A gas concentration and wind speed monitoring node was designed using embedded microprocessor LPC2129 as controller unit,which communicates with the monitoring host through CAN-BUS.The host informs wind turbine node to control transducer to adjust rotate speed through UART interface after analyzing each monitoring node.The system can not only monitor the gas concentration and wind speed of wind turbine nearby in real time,but also the whole coal mine,which can adjust the working state of wind turbine timely...
