不锈钢餐具在不同介质中金属溶出的研究

摘    要:以佳某牌不锈钢圆盘为测试对象,研究了其在日常生活使用接触到的介质(自来水、食盐、醋酸、醋酸和食盐的混合物)中主体元素铁、铬和镍的溶出量的情况。结果表明,此不锈钢产品在自来水中主体元素不溶出,在食盐、醋酸以及醋酸与食盐的混合物溶液中3种主体元素都会溶出,并且溶出量随温度的升高、时间的增长而增加,在醋酸和食盐混合物溶液中更大。

Abstract:This experiment tests the stainless steel disc of JIAMOU brand to study the amount of dissolved iron, chromium and nickel in the medium ( such as tap water, salt, acetic acid and the mixture of acetic acid and salt) in everyday life ,which are the main chemical element of the disc. The results show that the main elements in stainless steel products in the tap water insoluble, but in the salt, acetic acid and the mixture of salt and acetic acid dissolve out, and their dissolution amount increases with the rise of temper- ature, time,more in the mixture of salt and acetic acid.
