| 摘 要： | 介绍了在视频监控系统中语音报警技术的一种实时、高效的实现方法。该方法采用计算机电信集成（CTI）技术，通过电话语音卡自动连接计算机和电话机，当监控对象例如变压器等有报警信号上传时，系统能及时发出报警信息，通知相关人员。文中介绍了其系统结构和技术原理。

| Abstract: | In the power system, there is a tendency to adopt multimedia video monitoring to realize integration and automation of substation. In this paper, a real time and effective method is put forward for implementing voice alarm technology in a video monitoring system. By employing the CTI technology, a telephone is automatically connected to a computer via the voice board. When an alarm signal comes, the system can send out alarm information to the relevant people in time. This paper introduces the system structure and the principles of the technology. |
