摘    要:研究了复合镀层中TiO2纳米颗粒的晶体结构对化学复合镀层的性能的影响。结果显示TiO2分别以非晶态、锐态矿型、金红石形结构纳米颗粒存在在复合镀层中,镀层的硬度耐磨性、高温抗氧化性、磁学性能和光催化性能均显著不同。

Abstract:The effect of TiO 2 nanoparticles with different crystal structure such as amorphous state, anatase structure and rutile structure to the performance of eletroless composite coatings has been studied. The results of experiments show that the hardness and abradability,high temperature oxidation resistance, magnetism and photocatalysis properties of eletoless composite coatings with different TiO 2 nanoparticles are different, which illuminate that the crystal structure of nanoparticles in composite coatings affect the performance of coatings.
