高分子湿敏器件的耐水性

摘    要:为了改善湿敏器件的耐水性能 ,在制备高分子湿敏器件过程中 ,以丙烯酰胺为交联剂并加乙基纤维素保护膜。结果使湿敏器件的耐水性增强 ,但同时也使器件阻值增高 ,湿滞增大 ,吸脱附时间增长。器件再经适当浸水老化后 ,湿滞减小 ,耐水性亦得到进一步改善。

Abstract:Water resistant characteristics of polymer humidity sensors are improved by using acrylamide as cross linking agent and ethyl cellulose coating as protect film. While water resistant characteristics are improved, resistance, humidity hysteresis and absorption/desorption time increase at the same time. When the sensors being soaked in water properly, humidity hysteresis decreases without changing the improved water resistant characteristics. (4 refs.)
