| 摘 要： | 梯形螺纹在数控车床上的加工存在扎刀现象，一直没有很好的解决方法，经过多次试验，笔者介绍了一种采用借刀的、G82螺纹切削循环指令和子程序的方法来加工梯形螺纹。

| Abstract: | There wasn＇t any good solutions to the problem of breaking edge phenomenon in numerical control turning process of trapezoidal thread on NC machine tool. In this paper, a kind of method to make the trapezoidal thread is introduced after several practical treatments. Such method could be used to process trapezoidal thread with the loop command of G82 thread cutting and subprogram. |
