模具钢Crl2电火花线切割加工工艺试验研究

摘    要:研究了模具钢Crl2在电火花线切割加工中的脉冲宽度、开路电压、走丝速度及工作介质压力等参数对加工速度和表面粗糙度的影响。实验表明:随着脉冲宽度、开路电压、走丝速度及工作介质压力的增加,加工速度都随之增加;随着脉冲宽度、开路电压、走丝速度的增加,工件表面粗糙度值也随之增加,而工作介质压力的增加则能改善表面粗糙度。根据加工速度和表面粗糙度随切削参数的变化作了回归分析,为电火花线切割加工提供了可借鉴的经验公式。

Experimental Research on WEDM Process of Tool Steel Crl2

Abstract:The influence of electric parameters like pulse width, open circuit voltage, wire speed and dielectric fluid pressure in WEDM for tool steel Crl2 was investigated. Experiments show that, with the pulse width, the open circuit voltage, wire speed, and dielectric fluid pressure increases, the cutting speed increases. With the pulse width, the open circuit voltage, wire speed increases, the surface roughness also will be increase; while the increase in the cutting fluid pressure can reduce the surface roughness. By changes of the cutting speed and the surface roughness, regression analysis is car- ried out and it provided for the experience formula for the wire cutting.
