机载高分辨率PD雷达信号模拟器的测试及应用研究

摘    要:雷达信号模拟器日益成为现代雷达整机调试和评估所不可缺少的测试工具.本文首先简要介绍了机载高分辨率PD雷达信号模拟器实现中的关键技术,在通过对该雷达信号模拟器所作的性能测试证明其为合格的测试信号源后,将其应用于机载高分辨率PD雷达整机的调试和评估中,对雷达信号处理机的各项改善因子和雷达终端的显示接口做了评估和测试.实验结果表明,测试方法全面合理、简单实用,模拟器可以有效地应用在雷达信号处理机和显控性能的检验和评估.

Abstract:Radar signal simulators (RSS) are becoming the necessary test instruments for the evaluation and commissioning of modern radar systems. Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the key implementation technology of the RSS for airborne high-resolution Pulse Doppler (PD) radar. Secondly, it is proved that the RSS is qualified to be the signal source for a simulation system. Lastly, the RSS is applied to evaluate the performance of the high-resolution PD radar system, in terms of the improved factors of both signal-to-noise and signal-to-clutter of the signal processor. Furthermore, the display interface of radar terminal is evaluated by using the simple test methods addressed in this paper. The experiment results through this simulator demonstrated the high efficiency of the proposed methods.
