屏蔽门金属弹簧片的屏蔽效能分析

摘    要:采用时域有限差分法(FDTD)对屏蔽门上的金属弹簧片进行建模分析,研究了其屏蔽效能特性。由于弹簧片上的缝隙是造成电磁泄漏的主要通道,因此首先对弹簧片的近似结构——薄金属板上的缝隙在不同形状下的屏蔽特性进行了研究,其次对弹簧片、安装槽和刀口组成的屏蔽组件进行了整体建模和仿真,得出弹簧片的屏蔽效能与缝隙长度、宽度、深度以及安装槽结构问的关系。结果表明该弹簧片结构无论对电场还是磁场都有非常高的屏蔽效能,这也为屏蔽门的优化设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract:The shielding effectiveness of a kind of electric gasket-metallic spring, which is applied in the shielding door, is analyzed using the Finite-Difference Time-Domain Lots of shielding effectiveness properties is obtained in the paper. While the slots in the metallic spring are the main channel for the electromagnetic leakage, an approximately structure of the metallic spring, thinly metallic plane, is analyzed firstly in different shapes of slot, then the shielding groupware which constituted by spring, fixing groove and blade is modeled and simulated. The relations between the shielding effectiveness and slot length, width, depth and the structure of groove are obtained. From those results, it is can be found that the metallic spring has the very high shielding effectiveness for both electric and magnetic fields, and this can be used in the optimizing design of the shielding room.
